The Chiropractic Wellness Centre History
 
Kingston's Chiropractic Wellness Centre has been in operation since 1997. In 2000 the clinic moved to its now beautiful downtown location because of the historic limestone building, lots of free parking and a close distance to downtown Kingston. The clinic is also ideally situated next door to a group of excellent massage therapists who run Active Health Massage Therapy. In 2004 Dr. Laura Gifford joined the practice bringing seven years of experience from operating clinics in Amherstview and England, working with pregnant and post-partum women and early childhood spinal issues. In 2005, Steffi was added to the dynamic CWC team, and finally in 2006 Jenn joined the team as Dr. Pain’s assistant. Since the beginning, the clinic has developed a reputation of being professional, efficient and effective. A very wide variety of patients have been helped at Kingston's Chiropractic Wellness Centre. Athletes from numerous areas including professional hockey players, football players, olympic athletes and a variety of local elite athletes have been an area of focus for the clinic. Another focus that Dr. Gifford brings is family and pregnancy healthcare, as well as nutritional advice to maintain proper spinal health and optimal functioning.
